Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jyo9 platform — including the website at jyo9.net, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any game or betting service provided therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and jyo9 (the "Platform").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jyo9 and must not attempt to register an account or place any wager. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as published on this page. jyo9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email, but it remains each player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jyo9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms and conditions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jyo9 and participation in any real-money game, bet, or promotional activity is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jyo9 maintains a strict 18+ policy. Players who misrepresent their age during registration will have their accounts permanently closed and any balance held will be forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full legal capacity may not register.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be on any list of excluded, self-excluded, or restricted persons maintained by jyo9. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by re-registering under a different identity.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing jyo9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility — not jyo9's — to verify this before registering.
• Own account only: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds. Registering on behalf of a third party, or using funds provided by a third party for the purpose of gambling, is strictly prohibited.

jyo9 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to jyo9's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on jyo9, you are required to create a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals. During registration you will be asked to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number.

By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. You further agree to notify jyo9 promptly if any registered details change. jyo9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active jyo9 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address or mobile number used — will be identified and closed. All balances across duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jyo9 will never contact you by any channel to request your password or one-time passcode (OTP). Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Two-factor authentication: jyo9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a second layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• KYC verification: Before processing a first withdrawal, jyo9 requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and a recent selfie. KYC documents are processed within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions.
• Account transfers: Player accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance held within it to any third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jyo9 operates a BDT-denominated wallet for all player balances. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The platform supports a range of payment methods widely used across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services (MFS) and bank transfers.

Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.

• Deposit processing: MFS deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jyo9 wallet within 5–15 minutes. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution's processing times.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally completed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verification requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. jyo9 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Own payment method: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. Violations of this rule may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is conditional upon the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Declined transactions: jyo9 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases jyo9 may freeze the account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

jyo9 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and returning players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL season specials, Eid promotions, and other time-limited campaigns. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer's terms.

• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and unconverted free spin winnings are removed from the player's account without notice.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

jyo9 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. • Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, the affected round may be declared void. jyo9 will not be liable for any loss arising from such technical failures and reserves the right to refund the stake rather than honour a disputed outcome.
• Prohibited conduct: Players must not use any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with jyo9 games or the betting platform. Players must not exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including but not limited to poker, live casino, or sports betting — is strictly prohibited. jyo9 employs fraud-detection systems to identify collusion patterns.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. jyo9 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time and for any player at its sole discretion.
• Disconnection during play: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will typically complete automatically based on the current game state. jyo9 recommends maintaining a stable connection before placing wagers, particularly during live dealer sessions and in-play sports betting.

Account Suspension & Closure

jyo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of Terms: Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, or attempting to defraud the platform.
• Underage gambling: Confirmed or suspected underage access. Accounts closed on these grounds will have all balances forfeited.
• Duplicate accounts: Operation of more than one account simultaneously or in sequence, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Fraud and money laundering: Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to jyo9, without first contacting jyo9 support to resolve the matter.
• Self-exclusion: At a player's own request, via the in-account tools or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are binding for the duration selected and cannot be reversed early.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jyo9 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account at the time of closure. Where account closure is not due to a breach — for example, at the player's own request after a clean account history — any real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jyo9 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the jyo9 platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jyo9 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including losses on bets, games, or sports markets. Gambling by its nature involves risk and the possibility of financial loss.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials or from unauthorised account access resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Any content, products, or services provided by third-party game studios or software providers accessible through jyo9.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by third-party data providers or feed suppliers, where jyo9 acts in good faith on the data received.

In any event where jyo9 is found liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — the maximum aggregate liability of jyo9 to any single player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to jyo9 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming regulations. Any unresolved dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration process as notified by jyo9 from time to time.
